I had to have all of them removed. As I believe most people do, because there is not room for them. It is my thought that most people have genetic mutations. But unless there is some reason to know about them; we never would. The supernumerary teeth I had were totally harmless. They fell out. And except that I needed to ask about DD, would probably have never come up. Like your mom not having wisdom teeth. That's lucky. But we probably would have never talked about it.
