Adding Tasks to Admin
I apparently don’t think that I have enough to do. Or maybe I just know that I won’t remember; so I’ll just press on. And pile more things onto the to-do list. Seriously, I have to stop sometimes and say what is wrong with you, Christine? That usually happens at 11:00 PM, when I’m running some kind of software update, that could really happen at 8:00 AM, or you know, never.
Last night I installed Broken Link Checker. Which had the effect of scanning about 500 posts on this blog and checking all the links therein. It’s not a bad thing to do, except that I’m not done cleaning up the categories, tagging and deleting old posts, and of course, it was 11:00 PM.
Right. Promptly at 7:00 AM my four year old crawled into bed with me laughing and bouncing around with a stuffed toy. A grand argument against staying up past 11:00 PM.
So now I know that in addition to cleaning up unwanted, lame, and untagged posts. I now have nine broken links and about 40 redirects to fix. I had 24 broken links. But instead of leaving them for today, mais non, I had to dive in and fix a bunch of them.
You can, apparently, take the girl out of the IT department, but can’t take the geek out of the girl.
