Gingrey must not have had anything to do yesterday. Of course, no state wants to house international criminals – because the only prisoners left at Guantanamo are the ones thought to be truly dangerous.

Not that Georgia was ever in line to become the next Gitmo, but just in case, U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey has introduced legislation he says will keep that from happening.
Eh, build an enforced concrete building in the North Georgia mountains. That place/people scares the hell out of me.
