Avoid Celestial
I should avoid all things celestial. Yuk. I tried this blueberry Celestial tea and it is very weird. I don’t know why. I read the label and it says blueberry and some herbs and other pretty normal tea things. I made sure it wasn’t the spicy type like the raspberry that I disliked so much. But it is still icky.
Apparently, if I want caffeine free, I must drive to the Trader Joe’s.

What about peppermint? My mom made us drink lemon balm when we had sore throats. I hated it when I was growing up and I hate all fruity teas.

I haven’t seen peppermint tea. It doesn’t sound good. But peppermint hot chocolate didn’t sound good to me and I like it. So I’m willing to check out the tea.
I have actually been on the lookout for peppermint candles. I’ve heard that they suppress the appetite.
That’s interesting about the candles. You could try Bath and Body Works if they aren’t sold out. They have them for the holidays, I think. Not sure if the tea is an appetite suppressant, I normally only drink it when I’m sick. It’s fairly mild flavored, unlike the candies. I get mine at Kroger.
