Table Linens

I found some tablecloths on sale.  It seems as though I have just purchased table linens.  But actually, the last time I purchased tablecloths was when we moved into our house – in 2000.

I was able to find a nice gold Provencal pattern.

Oh, and I found complimentary chair cushions too. Yeah.

I got a very similar pattern when I was in Cannes in 2000. Ah, the good ole days when I was in the business world and I had business trips. Great pattern and color–and they last.

I’ve never bought a table cloth. I guess I might if we ever have company, but we have a glass table. I just don’t know how I feel about them. My grandmother gave me a Christmas one last year, but it was the wrong shape so I cut a slit in it and used it for a tree skirt.

That is a very happy yellow.

Laura, I like to think of the good old days when I was younger, thinner, and better paid. hee hee. I remind myself that I was so disoriented that I couldn’t remember what time zone I was in.

Liz, I love that you made the tablecloth into a tree skirt. That’s innovative.
