The beach house is an interesting array of quality – more or less. The floors in the common areas are beautiful new tile. The deck and most of the appliances are new and very clean.
The furnishing are absolute crap. The sofa cushions are torn. The lamp shade is stained.
The loft railing is a health hazard. The tile in the shower is coming apart.
I think the owner, of whom DH speaks very highly, must be fixing her up. And we are renting in mid-fix.
I will add pics when I get home so you can see what I mean.
