If You Say It; It Will Happen
DD believes that by making an announcement she can make things happen. Although, she does give up after a while.
Yesterday she announced to SS that mommy is going to enroll her in tumbling. I told her no, remember she is already enrolled in ballet, and karate. And we do not have unlimited funds. We also don’t have unlimited time and energy.
She did a somersault, hopped up into a victorious looking gymnast position and yelled, “Tumbletime!”
I wonder how long she will be stuck on this. She has recently stopped telling people she has a baby sister. Instead she tells them that her friend K is her sister. For a while she claimed both.
